Content Policy

Last updated: March 23, 2026

1. What can be a Phad campaign?

Any publicly accessible content on a supported platform can be used in a Phad campaign. Supported platforms include YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Vimeo. Campaigns can also be created on hosted images and brand website URLs. The campaign creator does not need to own the content, but creators can claim campaigns on their content (see section 2).

2. Creator rights

If you're a content creator and a Phad campaign exists on your content on any supported platform, you can:

  • Claim it and earn 20% of all payouts
  • Request removal by contacting support@phad.ad

3. Prohibited content

Campaigns may not be created on content containing:

  • Harassment, threats, or targeted abuse
  • Sexually explicit content
  • Content promoting violence or self-harm
  • Content targeting minors
  • Misinformation or scams
  • Content that infringes on intellectual property rights

This applies to all campaign types across all supported platforms, including video content, images, and brand site landing pages.

4. Brand site tracking

Brands that enable site tracking must ensure their landing pages comply with this content policy. Brand sites used in campaigns must not contain malware, phishing attempts, or deceptive content. Tracking pixels must be used solely for verifying earner visits and conversions within the Phad platform.

5. Reporting

To report a campaign that violates this policy, use the “Report this campaign” link on any campaign page or email support@phad.ad.

6. Enforcement

Phad reserves the right to remove any campaign and suspend any account that violates this policy. Pool balances will be refunded to the campaign creator.
